By booking transportation services or using the LinerX Inc. website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or our services.

2. Services Provided

LinerX Inc. provides vehicle transportation services for moving cars and other motor vehicles between states in the United States (the "Services"). This includes door-to-door, terminal-to-terminal, or other agreed-upon vehicle delivery methods. The specific terms of service, including pricing and delivery timelines, will be outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Booking Process: To use our services, customers must complete an online booking form or contact our customer service team to provide the necessary details, including but not limited to, vehicle make, model, year, pickup and delivery locations, and desired shipping date.

  • Payment Terms: Full payment for the services is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified. We accept payment by [list payment methods: credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.]. Any applicable taxes or fees will be included in the final invoice.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made at least [X] hours before the scheduled pickup will incur a [percentage]% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the vehicle is in transit will not be eligible for a refund. For refunds, please contact our customer service team.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition, with no mechanical issues that could hinder transportation. LinerX Inc. is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions of the vehicle.

  • Personal Belongings: No personal items may be left inside the vehicle during transport. LinerX Inc. is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle, and any such items may void any liability for damage or loss.

  • Ownership and Authorization: By using LinerX Inc.'s services, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have obtained proper authorization from the vehicle owner to transport it.

  • Documentation: Customers must provide necessary documentation, including proof of ownership and any required legal documents, such as title and registration, for the vehicle being transported.

5. Liability and Insurance

  • Liability for Damages: LinerX Inc. provides basic liability coverage during transit. Our liability for any damages to the vehicle is limited to the terms of our insurance policy, which covers up to $250k in damages. For higher-value vehicles, customers are advised to purchase additional insurance coverage for the transportation.

  • Insurance Coverage: LinerX Inc. carries transportation insurance, but this coverage may not apply to certain situations such as pre-existing damages or items inside the vehicle. Customers are encouraged to review our insurance policy and ask for additional coverage if necessary.

  • Damages or Losses: In the event of damage, loss, or theft, the customer must report the issue to LinerX Inc. within [X] days of delivery for investigation and possible compensation. Failure to report any issues in a timely manner may limit your ability to file a claim.

6. Pickup and Delivery

  • Delivery Times: LinerX Inc. will make reasonable efforts to deliver the vehicle on time. However, due to factors such as weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. LinerX Inc. is not liable for any delays or missed delivery dates.

  • Delivery Locations: Deliveries will be made to the location specified at the time of booking, and may be subject to change based on road access and other logistical factors. In cases where a direct delivery is not feasible, a nearby terminal may be used.

  • Customer Availability: Customers must be available to receive the vehicle at the delivery location. If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, additional fees may apply for rescheduling or redelivery.

7. Prohibited Items

Customers are prohibited from shipping the following items in their vehicles:

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable, explosive, or toxic substances.

  • Personal belongings, valuables, or perishable goods.

  • Animals or living creatures.

  • Illegal substances.

LinerX Inc. reserves the right to inspect vehicles and refuse transport if prohibited items are found.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinerX Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your use of our website or Services, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

LinerX Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount covered under our transportation insurance policy and does not extend to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income, rental car costs, or inconvenience. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the vehicle as specified by the customer at the time of booking.

10. Privacy and Data Collection

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Governing Law
